Our dough is made with a low-speed mixer and formed by hand, without the help of a rolling pin. Then topped with raw pureed San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, fior di latte, which is Mozzarella cheese made from cows milk, or mozzarella di bufala (we make our own fresh mozzarella made from cows milk), fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.
